I hired Uniting Moving Solutions on two separate occasions. The office staff is wonderful and professional and does what is needed to help their clients from start to finish.
The field guys are responsive, polite, and fast, and did an incredible job both times. It was not an easy move by any means. They helped box and wrap very fragile items, and protected practically everything they packed that wasn’t boxed already. It was truly amazing how much they were able to “Jenga” into the trucks. They didn’t reassemble the big pieces as I didn’t ask for that, and it was not part of the contract agreement. They would have if I asked them. I would definitely hire them again, and refer them to my friends anytime!

I was very impressed with the United Moving Solution. Traci was amazing. She took her time to explain everything. The price is very affordable. They were very thorough in packing everything up. On the day of delivery, they put all the things back together perfectly. I called a few times to check on things and they were always very helpful and kept me in the loop.

I moved from El Paso to Pasadena California with no issues with United Moving Solutions. They were on time, had great pricing for a long distance move, and their customer service was always on time with answering my questions and concerns. Really happy with this company!
I had to make two complete moves within eight months, one from Tucson to the Bay Area and then back to Tucson. The first time I used the POD system, which was fine, but a LOT of work on both ends. For the second move, I got estimates from three moving companies and the POD people. Not only was United Moving Solutions the most reasonable, but my service rep, Traci, was DELIGHTFUL! I mean really, you don’t expect to make a friend through the negotiations of something as stressful as a move, but… Traci was responsive and professional and had a great sense of humor. She communicated thoroughly and never lost her patience with my questions, which became numerous in a couple of days leading up to the loading. The driver and his crew were also on top of the communication and kept us up to date on their arrival times on both ends. There was great follow up when the move was completed, too! From loading to unpacking took a total of six days, a better turnaround than anyone else could offer. Although I never want to move again, if I have to, I will definitely use United Moving Solutions!

Brian and Ali were AMAZING! They came early to get started and made sure everything was packed perfectly. All of my furniture was left wrapped tightly and securely. They were friendly as well. The team was very courteous and very helpful. The Driver was “on- it” the whole time. He was even Coaching the other 2 guys. LOL. Bottom line, I will not hesitate to use this company again. I highly recommend!!!
